Oakstone Design
We have a small showroom at our premises in Darlington, which has examples of our work in it, that we encourage customers to come and see. However, the Oakstone design process usually involves a series of consultations in the comfort of the customer’s home and at their convenience.
In order to design the perfect kitchen for a customer, we believe it is necessary to firstly get a feel for the space that it will be designed for: the proportions of the house, the general style and decoration of the space, and secondly to spend some time discussing what the requirements of the customer are: are they keen cooks? Will the space be used to entertain in? Do they have a ‘vision’ for the space?
Following an initial consultation we will present the customer with a set of draft plans for their perusal and talk them through the concept for the design. Having taken on board the customer’s impressions and comments we will then feed these in to the design and re-design where necessary.
Our aim is to design your perfect kitchen – if we have to tweak the design fifty times until it is right, then so be it, so long as the result is your perfect kitchen
